Everything the club has, laid out plainly — from the lap pool and cedar sauna to the squat racks, the studio and the free child care room.

Four lanes under a clerestory of glass block. Open swim, laps, and the club's full slate of Hydro Fit classes, year-round.

A full dumbbell run with flat, incline and decline benches, mirrored walls and room to work without waiting for a rack.

Olympic bars, bumper plates, plyo boxes and medicine balls for heavier, athlete-style training.

Squat racks, pre-loaded barbells and dedicated lifting space, kept clear and kept in order.

Suspension straps, bands, cable stations and selectorized machines for movement, mobility and conditioning work.

Treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, upright and recumbent bikes and rowers, with individual screens throughout.

A wide sprung hardwood floor wrapped in mirrors, with the bike bank alongside. Barre, Pilates, yoga, spin, boot camp and boxing all run here.

A traditional tiered cedar sauna. Quiet heat, the way it should be.

A full tile steam room for the other half of the recovery ritual.

A heated whirlpool beside the pool deck, for after the work is done.

Day lockers, showers, lit vanity stations, hair dryers and towel service, in a room that is genuinely well kept.

A newly renovated lounge with real seating and space to land before or after a session.

Coffee, a staffed desk and people who know your name on the way in.

A staffed child care room, free of charge to members. Six weeks through eleven years, by reservation.

Day spa, reformer Pilates, functional yoga and IV therapy. Four independent practices operating inside the club.
