Welcome to WRS Athletic Club. We are a privately, locally owned adult health club, going into our 30th year of business. We work to create a consistently friendly, clean, and safe atmosphere for adults to use.
That isn't a marketing line, it's the whole operating principle. The floors are clean, the equipment works, the staff know your name, and half our trainers have been here more than twenty years.
Amenities
Everything under one roof.
Pool, sauna, steam and whirlpool. Two weight floors, a cardio deck, a studio and a cycling room. Plus four wellness practices operating inside the building.
Indoor heated lap pool
Four lanes under a clerestory of glass block. Open swim, laps, and the club's full slate of Hydro Fit classes, year-round.
Free weight floor
A full dumbbell run with flat, incline and decline benches, mirrored walls and room to work without waiting for a rack.
Strength and power room
Olympic bars, bumper plates, plyo boxes and medicine balls for heavier, athlete-style training.
Cardio deck
Treadmills, ellipticals, stair climbers, upright and recumbent bikes and rowers, with individual screens throughout.
Cedar dry sauna
A traditional tiered cedar sauna. Quiet heat, the way it should be.
Member lounge
A newly renovated lounge with real seating and space to land before or after a session.
Classes
Thirty-seven classes a week, included with membership.
Spin, barre, Pilates fusion, vinyasa and yin yoga, Hydro Fit in the pool, boot camp on the bags, and trainer-taught full-body sessions. From 5 AM starts to rush-hour rides.

Trainers who stayed.

Child care, free of charge
Six weeks through eleven years, staffed and supervised, at no cost to members. Reservations required.
